Ms. Tyrianna Draper
Comes to Little STEM's with decades of experience. Ms. Ty has over 10 years experience in the early childhood field. Ms. Ty is a passionate caregiver who dedicates time teaching fine and gross motor skill lessons to the Little Butterflies as well as Spanish, counting, and letters.

Ms. Ty has been with Dream STEAM Academy since August 2024.

Ms. Liliana Garcia,
has had early childhood experience as a classroom teacher! Ms. Lili enjoys teaching the students learning targets in Spanish. Ms. Lili takes pride in setting potty training goals for her students and is excited to witness their growth. Ms. Lili is currently working on her Child Development Associate!

Little Cubs Educator
Ms. Olga Acosta,
Shares her gift with LS in the 3-4 year old classroom. Ms. Olga specializes in Spanish/English curriculum implementation, writing, science and art expression Ms. Olga is a compassionate educator and has 20 years in childcare!

Ms. Olga has been withDream STEAM Academy since March 2025.

Assistant Teacher
Ms. Jordan Weaver
Comes to Dream STEAM Academy with behavioral health experience. Ms. Jordan is a recent graduate of SIUE with a bachelors degree. Ms. Jordan has experience with behavior plans, autism care and much more. Ms. Jordan is a passionate caregiver who dedicates time supporting teachers in the classroom as well as 1:1; 1:2 education for students with different learning needs.

Assistant Teacher
Ms. Linda Mayweather,
Is the am/pm operations supervisor. Ms. Linda enjoys engaging in activities with the students. Ms. Linda prepares nutritional items for our STEMmies and takes pride in the cleanliness of Dream STEAM Academy.
Ms. Linda has been with Dream STEAM Academy since August 2023. ​
Little S.T.E.M.'s Educator
Ms. Tiffany Harris,
Shares her gift with LS in the 4-5 year old classroom and as the Center Director. Ms. Tiffany specializes in reading and writing and her goal is to have her class reading by the time they enter Kindergarten. Ms. Tiffany is a certified teacher by the state of Missouri for ages Kindergarten- 5th grade and has spent several years in a traditional public/charter school setting.
